Early 90s insanity. How have I never heard this before?? Fuckin incredible yo. A lost gem you need to hear.
Literally on repeat all day... even did my taxes to this vile shit! tank_06
Children of the Scorn is great, but the `89 Cranial Torment demo is absolutely phenomenal, a true MVP of this release
Favorite track: Brainspoon (demo '89) Gremlin Monroe
Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
Scorching black metal from Houston, featuring members of Night Cobra, Oceans of Slumber, Venomous Maximus, and more. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 7, 2023
A death-doom gem, courtesy of Craig Pillard. This album continues what "Mortal Throne of Nazarene" started, alternating fast death metal parts with crushing, heavy doom metal ones. Pillard's voice here is clearer and raspier compared to his work on Incantation's first two albums. With its slow and decadent atmosphere, this album is the Yin to Diabolical Conquest's Yang.
