Morticia Marie Another AOTY contender for me. As a pretty big Watain fan, I can appreciate that AVSLUT strayed far from sounding too much alike. Really groovy shit. 9.5/10 Favorite track: Martyrium.

Th3G00D Amazing BM album, feels familiar yet refreshing. The mix is great, thanks to the Marduk Sound Engineer. Dark and brutal, despair and energy, in all a crazy cocktail of sounds and emotions. Favorite track: Terra Mater.

Thanks for leeding me here, Ippocalyptica. This is indeed compareable to Marthyrium's 2023 masterpiece in terms of relentlessness and intensity. The guitars are sharp enough to cut through diamonds. The dissonance and the melodies are perfectly woven together with the fierce, unmistakingly French vocals. Since this is 8 years old, a follow-up would be greatly apprechiated. mourner
